Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All of our products are handmade in small batches with care. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Please note that we take our annual family vacation during the month of June. Orders placed in June may experience extended processing and shipping times and will be shipped after we return in July. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we take this time to make memories with our family.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Orders that qualify for free shipping are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers in the Brawley area. If you select local pickup at checkout, you will receive an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. We are always happy to assist where we can.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can help resolve the issue.
